Italian Food
Italian food is one of the most popular today. When people think about France, they think about the Eiffel Tower and when people think about the United States, it is the statue of liberty. However, when Italy comes to mind, people think about the food.
Even though people in New York claim to have the best pizza in the continental United States, the Italians boast the best and most original pizza that the world has to offer. There are many different types of pizzas including the deep dish and Italy has perfected all of this.
Another food that Italy has become known for is the spaghetti. This is a truly diverse food because it can be added to many things such as olives and broccoli and it can be made into a healthy dish. There are so many uses for spaghetti. Spaghetti also allows for another loved Italian creation which is the pasta. Pasta is a creative and versatile food because it can be added to many different types of food. Pasta can be used for spaghetti, which it is mostly used for. It can also be used for the purpose of spicing up many foods such as seasoned bread or a crouton or something along the lines of those foods.
The lasagna is also one of the most loved Italian foods. It can be added to many foods as a main course or even a side dish for the heartiest eaters. There are many ways in which lasagna can be utilized and eaten. It is usually eaten with some form of pasta and it can be added to melted mozzarella cheese to make it a quite tasty treat.
Mozzarella cheese is also one of the best Italian foods. In America, the standard yellow cheese is used and in Norway the blue cheese is famous but the Mozzarella cheese is so much more diverse and internationally acclaimed. It can be used as a main ingredient in pizza or just as a spice for many foods. Though Rome is a great city for food, Naples seems to be preferred by more. There are many ways to include Italian food into a diet and they are quite diverse.
